Selection criteria of medical sterilisation nonwoven fabrics:
1. Nonwoven fabrics are divided into S layer and M layer, bacteriostatic performance is mainly rely on M layer, S layer to protect the mechanical strength of nonwoven fabrics. The same grams of nonwoven fabrics, the more the M layer, the more protection against bacteria, the more the S layer, the greater the mechanical strength. General manufacturers of non-woven fabrics by increasing the thickness of the S layer (generally 30g), reduce the weight of the M layer (generally 20g), to ensure the strength, feel thicker, should be the first to choose to protect the effect of bacterial barrier products.
2. Sterilisation test. General manufacturers of nonwoven fabrics after sterilization feel hard, because the high temperature so that the nonwoven internal fibre melting, melting the number of layers of fibres to reduce the number of bacteria to shorten the path into the bacteria, making the bacteria resistance performance is reduced.
3. Look at the appearance, weighing, test feel. Better quality nonwoven appearance without cloudy spots, dead silk, etc., the surface is flat and smooth, soft to the touch, and weighing error ≤ 3g.
4. Quality standard requirements of medical nonwoven fabrics: medical nonwoven fabrics used as final packaging materials for sterilised medical devices should meet the requirements of GB/T 19633 and YY/T 0698.2 at the same time.
5. Hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma should use special nonwoven fabrics, can not use medical nonwoven fabrics containing plant fibres, because plant fibres will absorb hydrogen peroxide.

Big-hearted friends even think that these small injuries and pains, do not deal with it does not matter, will naturally be fine.
