Functional Design of Medical Nonwoven Fabrics
At present, common medical textile materials include two categories of biomass polymers (alginate/protein/cellulose/chitin and their derivatives) and synthetic polymers (PP polypropylene, PET polyester, PE polyethylene, etc.).
In order to make up for the poor corrosion resistance of biomass materials, low fibre strength and other limitations, represented by PP and synthetic polymer polyester materials have been successively applied to the production of medical textiles used for surgical sewing threads, artificial organs, disposable medical and sanitary products. PP, for example, its good formability, chemical stability and mechanical properties are excellent and stable, is one of the ideal medical synthetic fibre materials, can be processed into filaments, staple fibres and nonwovens.
However, due to the limitations of some synthetic polymer materials and the single manufacturing method can not meet the actual use of water/water absorption, plasma resistance, alcohol resistance and other needs, so in the production and processing, it is also necessary to combine with the functional finishing technology to improve the performance of the material or to give the material additional medical protective properties, mainly including hydrophilic, liquid repellant, anti-bacterial, anti-static and other functional finishing.
Taking the application profile of medical nonwoven fabrics as an example, the water-absorbent nonwoven materials can be used for various medical pads, nappies, sanitary napkins and so on after hydrophilic modification by Texnology® LZ-N08 nonwoven hydrophilic agent.

Life Essentials, Common Bandage Wrapping Methods
This method is the most basic of all bandages, and is used at the beginning and end of the bandage, as well as at the wrist, where the limb is of equal thickness.
When the situation is not serious, most people will only carry out simple treatment based on common sense, such as rinsing with water, simple disinfection, applying cold and hot compresses, and applying band-aids or gauze. Big-hearted friends even think that these small injuries and pains, do not deal with it does not matter, will naturally be fine.
